The barn self catering accommodation is for a maximum of two people. We regret that we are unable to accommodate smokers, and we cannot accept pets. During the Covid 19 pandemic, we leave the barn empty for a week after guests depart until new guests arrive.

We can accept reservations by telephone or email, and will hold the booking for seven days to await written confirmation and deposit. Bookings are usually from Saturday (after 4pm please) to Saturday (departure by 10am please) but we will try to accommodate other dates if it is possible to do so.

A non returnable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure reservations with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. We accept direct bank payments, cheques and cash. We will return a deposit or the full balance if paid, if your stay is cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

The tariff  for 2021 is:-

Low Season:- 
January, February, March, April, October, November and December

£400 per week,  £220 for a 3 night short break, £280 for a 4 night short break.

High Season:-
May, June, July, August and September

£450 per week,  £250 for a 3 night short break, £320 for a 4 night short break.

A cash deposit of £100 is payable upon arrival to cover any possible major breakages and damage. This will be returned on departure less a deduction if costs are incurred.

Bed linen and towels are provided together with a complimentary welcome pack. Also included is all electricity, and central heating for up to eight hours daily. Additional heating is available if required at further cost. A mobile telephone is available for your use upon payment of a returnable deposit and any call costs.

Guests are recommended to ensure that they have cancellation and holiday insurance. If your stay is extended due to the Covid 19 pandemic, then a further costs in accordance with our tariff, will be charged.

Guests are requested to leave our property in a clean condition.  Please advise if you prefer cleaners to be provided for you at an additional cost.
